Venison Valley Farm is a Grade A dairy operated by Kelsey and Ben Killian. They rotationally graze their small herd of cows year round and produce milk, yogurt, cheese and more. They'll talk about starting smart and common pitfalls to avoid when starting a farm.  They'll also discuss the ins and outs of grazing dairy and meat animals on Vashon and how to manage pastures. The tour will conclude with a glimpse at the evening milking session. The farm is located off 192nd st (the street by Mom's deli), you'll see the farmstand sign at the beginning of the driveway, please park along 192nd st.
