Carol and Michael carve their rock sculptures into fine grained hard rocks, including basalt, granite,marble, jade, sepentine and agate.  As jewelers and gemstone carvers for over 25 years, they incorporate many of the same techniques on a larger scale.  Their work is influenced by nature, wildlife, Celtic and abstract designs and includes includes vases, Ikebana vessels, tabletops and garden stones, as well as kitchen and bathroom tiles in granite and marble.
